AI Box

Private AI in your office.
Nothing in the cloud.

A Mac mini on your own network that drafts, summarises and searches your documents. Client files never leave the building, and it keeps working when the internet drops.

How it works

Installed in under an hour, useful the same day

1

We bring the box

A Mac mini set up for your team, with the AI models already on it.

2

One-hour install

Plugged into your network, connected to your documents, tested with you in the room.

3

Your team uses it that day

Drafting letters, summarising files, answering questions from your own documents.

Who it's for

Businesses whose documents shouldn't go near the cloud

Clinics

Referral letters, patient correspondence and insurance paperwork drafted on site, so patient data stays in the UAE.

Law firms

Case files summarised and searched without a single page leaving the building.

Accountants

Letters, ledgers and VAT paperwork pulled together from your own client files.

Brokerages

Listing copy, enquiry triage and tenancy paperwork against your own documents.

Pricing

Three numbers, no surprises

AED 5,500
SupportUpdates, model upgrades and a fix-or-replace promise, rolling monthly
AED 650/month

Rolling monthly, cancel any time. For comparison, a general SME IT retainer in Dubai starts around AED 1,500 a month; this sits alongside whatever you already have.

Analytics add-on (optional)Ask your numbers questions and get charts back, on the same box AED 3,500 + 350/month

The same box, pointed at your records. We connect your accounting exports, spreadsheets or database, agree the definitions that matter (what counts as revenue, an open invoice, an active client), and from then on anyone you allow can ask in plain English: which clients owe us money, what did we invoice last month, how does this quarter compare to last.

Answers that show their working

Every chart comes with the exact query that produced it, so a number can be checked in seconds rather than taken on trust. When the box isn't confident it matched your question, it says so instead of guessing quietly. That honesty is the feature.

Your permissions, enforced

Each person asking sees only what their role allows, and the rule is applied inside the query itself, the same way for every question. The front desk and the owner can use the same box and get different answers, correctly.

What it changes

The Monday numbers stop waiting for whoever owns the spreadsheet. The owner sees the business as it stands this morning, staff answer their own lookups, and none of it enters a cloud BI subscription or leaves the building.

AED 3,500 to connect your sources and agree the definitions, then AED 350 a month on top of support. Works offline, like everything else on the box.

Worked examples

What a first month looks like

We're at launch, so these are worked examples rather than customer names. They're the pattern we install for.

A dental clinic in Jumeirah

The pain is front-desk time: referral letters, insurance pre-approvals and recall reminders eat four to five hours a week. The box indexes the clinic's own templates and past correspondence, then drafts each letter in the clinic's wording for the receptionist to check and send. The measures that matter: a morning a week back at the front desk, pre-approvals out the same day instead of the next, and zero patient records leaving the premises.

A boutique disputes firm in Business Bay

The pain is associate hours: a 400-page hearing bundle costs an afternoon before anyone can say what's in it. The box drafts a chronology with page references in about two minutes, so the associate verifies instead of assembling, and first-pass letters come out the same way. The measures that matter: bundle to chronology in minutes rather than hours, billable time moved onto judgement, and the pitch question "where does client material go?" still answered in one word: nowhere.

A twelve-person accounting practice

The pain is quarter end, plus a quieter risk: juniors pasting client figures into free chatbot websites. The box drafts a VAT reminder for every client with an open period from that client's own ledger, and answers "which clients invoiced Meridian Trading last quarter?" from the firm's records. The measures that matter: the reminder run done in an hour instead of a day, twenty-minute searches down to seconds, and shadow AI use at zero, because the fastest tool is now the private one.

Questions we get

The honest answers

Does anything leave our office?

No. The AI models run on the machine itself. Your documents are processed on your own network and stay there.

What happens when better AI models come out?

We update the box as part of the AED 650. The open models it runs improve every few months, and upgrades are included.

What if the internet goes down?

It keeps working. The AI needs your network, not the internet.

What if the machine breaks?

We fix or replace it under the support contract. The Mac mini carries a local UAE warranty because we buy it here, in your name.

Is this as good as ChatGPT?

For drafting, summarising and searching your own documents, it does the job well. For the hardest reasoning tasks, big cloud models are still ahead. The trade is privacy, and for the work above it's a good trade.

See it working on your own documents

I'll bring a demo machine to your office, and 15 minutes is enough to know whether it's for you.
