If your staff are already fast, do not buy this.

A 2025 trial found AI made experienced people slower on work they knew well. At a quarter of the measured saving you would need about 38 hours a week of drafting to break even, which no firm your size has.

Which is why I am not asking you to believe any of it. Fifteen minutes, one of your own documents, timed by you. If it does not save time in the room it will not save time afterwards, and you will have found that out for free.

Microsoft now processes Copilot queries inside the UAE on its Advanced Data Residency tier, and Abu Dhabi Government put 35,000 licences on it in July 2026. If you can buy that, the residency question largely goes away and you should. OpenAI is a narrower story than it looks: ChatGPT Enterprise will store your data in the UAE, but inference still runs in the US, so the prompt itself leaves. Ask either vendor to put the processing location in writing before you sign. If the answer works for you, buy it. If it comes back priced for an enterprise when you are six people, I am still here.
